1. Eligibility
   The Go GRAND Prize Pack Giveaway is open to legal residents of Australia aged 18 years or over as of the date of entry. Employees of the promoter, their immediate family members, and associated agencies are not eligible to enter. Entry is via the official subscription form located at https://www.grandpacificdrive.com.au/grand.
2. Sponsor
   The promoter and organiser of this giveaway is Grand Pacific Drive. [93 Crown Street Wollongong NSW 2500, ABN: 83 002 291 590]. The Sponsor will conduct the giveaway substantially as described in these Official Rules.
3. Agreement to Rules
   By entering, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Terms and Conditions or interferes with the promotion in any way.
4. Entry Period
   The Giveaway begins on 12:00AM AEST 23 July 2026 and ends at 11:59PM AEST on 27 September 2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
5. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must complete the entry form on the campaign website https://www.grandpacificdrive.com.au/grand. By subscribing, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Grand Pacific Drive. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will result in disqualification.
6. Prize Details
   There is one (1)  prize pack to be won:

Grand Getaway Prize Pack (Total value: $1,789)

• 1-night accommodation including breakfast for two adults at Ardour Milton Park, Southern Highlands (valued at $800).
  • Up to 15,000ft tandem skydive voucher for Skydive-Sydney Wollongong (valued at $399).
  • 2-hr Grand Pacific Drive tour with Just Cruisin’ Motorcycles (valued at $220).
  • Whale Watching Cruise for 2 with Jervis Bay Wild or Shellharbour Wild (valued at $170).
  • $200 voucher to spend at your choice of 1 of 12 Holiday Haven Parks in Shoalhaven (valued at $200).

Important Note:
The individual prizes that are part of each prize pack will be issued in the form of vouchers for the winner to redeem directly with the participating businesses. Some prizes have specific conditions, expiry dates, or limitations as listed above. The businesses providing prizes as part of this package may also have other terms and conditions relating to the redemption of the prize. These will be provided to the winner when the prizes are distributed.

1. Prize Allocation and Draw
   One winner will be selected at random using an online random draw tool. The draw will take place on 5 October 2026. One winner will be drawn for one prize pack.  
2. Winner Notification
   Winners will be notified via email within 3 business days of the draw. If a winner does not respond within 21 days of being notified, a new winner may be selected at the discretion of the Sponsor. The Sponsor is not responsible for failed delivery due to spam filters or incorrect contact details.
3. Odds
   The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the entry period.
4. Privacy
   Personal information collected during the course of this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Grand Pacific Drive privacy policy. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
5. Limitation of Liability
   By entering, you release and hold harmless Grand Pacific Drive and its promotional partners, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, or damages that may occur directly or indirectly from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of any prize.
6. General Conditions
   The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
7. Disputes
   This competition is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
