The Kiama Rugby Sevens is the largest one day Seven’s competition in the world, held annually on the last Saturday in February starting at 8.30 am.

The Kiama Rugby Sevens is a 48 team seven-a-side knock out competition with a total of $25,000 in prize money up for grabs. This competition has such a reputation that it is used as a selection trial by NSW country Rugby Union and Australian Rugby Football Union for future representative sevens teams.
