Ben’s Walk commences at the Shoalhaven Showground, Nowra on the NSW South Coast. Showcasing superb views of the river, golf course and mountain scenery from vantage points along the way. The track retraces part of a walk which was established during the depression years by Ben Walsh.

From Hanging Rock, the track descends the cliff face and follows the Nowra Creek beneath huge sandstone boulders and eroded shelves.

A suspension bridge has been constructed to provide a loop walk on both sides of the creek and to give access to Depot Farm Recreation Reserve and picnic area. The complete track provides a leisurely return walk of about 5.5kms taking about 2 hours.
