Brent Strong, Head Chef at Bangalay Dining together with Doug Innes-Will, Executive Chef of QAGOMA – Queensland Art Gallery and Gallery of Modern Art welcome you to experience a truly unique dining event this July at Bangalay Dining on the South Coast. Enjoy a six course gastronomical journey featuring a mouth-watering menu and paired wines, dreamed up by the passionate and talented duo. Strong’s skill, unwavering passion and attention to detail earned him a scholarship at Restaurant Orana in Adelaide, where Brent’s passion for sustainable, native ingredients ignited. Following Orana, Strong secured a scholarship with Michelin starred restaurant Relae in Copenhagen, gaining world class experience before returning to the Shoalhaven and joining Bangalay Dining. Innes-Will commenced his career as a Chef in the Shoalhaven. The hardworking, driven Chef has carved a name for himself in the industry over the years, chasing challenging and rewarding positions at establishments including Paperbark Camp, Biota Dining, Hungry Duck, Spicers Peak Lodge- where he was twice hatted, and Hamilton Island’s prestigious Qualia Resort. Drawn to the iconic and creative opportunity QAGOMA provided, Innes-Will joined the renowned Queensland locale as Executive Chef in May 2018.
