"Skydiving in Wollongong"

Posted by Melissa Davis on December 18, 2007 in Skydiving

I went skydiving the other day with Skydive the Beach in Wollongong and what an experience that was, jumping out of a plane and free falling 14,000ft over the coast of Wollongong - it was just magical. The adrenaline was pumping, I must admit it was scary however it was definately worth it in the end. A must for anyone who like a bit of adventure.

Skydive the beach was an awesome adventure that was well worth the drive down to wollongong. We came down from Canberra looking for some adventure and we found it at 14,000 feet. After overcoming the initial rush of the ground approaching at a high speed (and once the chute opened) it was an awesome view of the coast, wollongong and the NSW coast. Great staff as well who kept the vibe positive and had as much fun as us I think!

Kangaroo Valley is just so green. What awonderful experience staying in sucha picturesque place such as Cedars Cottages in front of a warm fire with a glass of red wine after an afternnon trek through the National Parks

The best way to cure a hangover with a rush of jumping out of a perfectly good plane at 14 thousand doing a few rolls, flying through the clouds and then having the chute open and marvelling at the beautiflul scenery just an hour from sydney. Well worth the drive early in the morning
